What are some of the problems with learning TPACK skills?
-One problem with TPACK is that most K-12 classrooms in the US are not equipped with the technologies needed for teachers to learn TPACK skills. Many teachers are still teaching toward an earlier generation, which is what they are accustomed to doing. Teachers need to be moving forward and learn how to teach for the new generations. Some of these skills may be very difficult to learn for teachers of a previous generation not accustomed to such great uses of technology.

-The main idea of this article is to discuss the importance of developing TPACK skills and how to do so. Some suggestions were made such as: tutorial videos, online courses, etc. Teachers should, with every lesson plan, attempt to integrate technology. They have to accommodate with every lesson plan.

-Some of these ideas came from the discussion of curriculum-based learning activities and content-based learning activities as well as the teacher's response to student's needs.
What are some reasons that this article might be important for you as a teacher?
-This article is important in showing teachers how important it is to be current with knowledge in technologies and in integrating technology into each and every lesson plan. We will be behind as teachers if we do not keep our technological skills up to date.
